Pre-Delivery Drops – Pour the Care contents into 0.5 liter of water and the Breath contents into another 0.5 liter of water. Start by alternating between each bottle at 10 minutes apart, i.e.: Take a few big sips from the first bottle (order does not matter). Rest for 10 minutes and go on to the second bottle. Take a few big sips and repeat the process until both bottles are empty, all within 1-1.5 hours.
Balance – Suitable as of 30 minutes after delivery.
Shake well before use. May be diluted with a small portion of water.
